Problem Note 66053: SAS® Visual Analytics content does not refresh in Microsoft PowerPoint

When using SAS® Add-in for Microsoft Office automation to refresh SAS Visual Analytics content in a PowerPoint presentation, the content might not refresh. In this scenario, the code runs without error, but the content in the SAS panel, as well as the content on the slide, does not update.
The Visual Basic code from this issue would be similar to the following:
Sub SasRefreshContent()
Dim sas As SASPowerPointAddIn
Set sas = Application.COMAddIns.Item("SAS.PowerPointAddIn").Object
sas.Refresh ActivePresentation
End Sub
Dim sas As SASPowerPointAddIn
Set sas = Application.COMAddIns.Item("SAS.PowerPointAddIn").Object
sas.Refresh ActivePresentation
End Sub
To circumvent this problem, you need to manually refresh the content using the Refresh option on the SAS Ribbon.
